Since 2001, I’ve had the opportunity to travel across the country providing close protection services, and managing large security teams at world class concerts and events. I have had the privilege to see first hand many different security operators all with a wide range of business and operating philosophies. While there are a lot of good people doing great things in this industry, I also found far too many cases of firms being run by unqualified and self serving individuals who are simply looking to make a fast dollar while fulfilling a personal agenda.
It is with that in mind that I was inspired to open the Canadian Protection Agency. A company based on trust and loyalty to its clients. A company where we take pride in the quality of the services we have to offer. Our employee selection process is the foundation of our company. We refuse to hire someone on the basis of them just being a body that can fit into a uniform and be sent to our clients, simply so we can make a dollar off them. We will not jeopardize quality and safety just to fill a position. We only hire professionals. Employees who will not only represent us properly, but will also represent you. Employees who will show up on time, look presentable, be able to communicate effectively, and ultimately exceed your service expectations.
